The manager is the worst, and there are worse things.
First of all, the worst thing about the apartments is the manager, a rude, conceited guy who ignores people and only poses ... for photos. Consequently, the apartments are terrible. There are cockroaches everywhere, bad smells in the hallways, maintenance does not respond to calls immediately. I reported that the kitchen had a burner that broke and I had to buy it myself. After a month, they came to take me one when I no longer needed it. There's never any parking, there's a lot of noise, in short, it's a terrible place to live, we had a terrible time. The police are constantly in the apartments, something different is always happening and there are police all the time, it is not a safe place to live. I went there to inquire about the accommodation. We waited in the lobby for at least 45 minutes. One lady showed up and I ... literally ran to talk with her. She said she is busy and can't talk right now. Even tried calling on but no reply. Also submitted request for tour few days ago but not response from the management. Very poor service.
